Road Trip 2016: Atlanta

The Inaugural Baseball Road Trip took us to Atlanta. This was a trip of firsts and lasts as it was our first official road trip and our last visit to watch the Cubs play at Turner Field. Christmas 2017

On December 09, 2017 we ventured down to Wrigley Field to see the park at Wrigley decorated for the holidays and to see the construction progress. On this overcast Saturday construction was in full swing and people were out Christmas shopping and skating at the ice-rink. There was even a bar crawl happening with a bunch of  people wandering around in their pajamas. Just your typical day in Wrigleyville. Continue reading

Notre Dame vs. Temple – September, 2, 2017

It was a beautiful day for baseball but we ended up two hours to the East on the Campus of the University of Notre Dame. These people really know how to throw a party as the University of Notre Dame hosted Temple University. Temple played good football early but the athleticism of Notre Dame soon took over as Notre Dame went onto score the victory 49 to 16.
